The Wedding Experience with R&B Productions
Starting Your Journey
Every wedding tells a unique story, and at R&B Productions, we want to help you tell yours exactly the way you want. To start things off, fill out our "Contact Us" form located on the Contact page. Once you do, we will send you our questionnaire so we can know about all of your preferences and major details of your wedding.
In this stage:
- You submit your personal details on our Contact Page.
- Fill out the questionnaire that will be sent to your provided email.
- We review your questionnaire to understand your preferences.
Getting all of this information up front helps streamline our process and makes it easier for us to understand what you're looking for in a wedding video.
Personalized Consultation
Once you complete the questionnaire, we will schedule a 30-minute call to talk more about your wedding day. We'll tell you about R&B Productions, discuss your vision for your wedding video, and answer any questions you have for us. Check out our FAQ for some of our most common questions.
In this stage:
- Pick a time on our scheduler (emailed to you after you complete the questionnaire) to schedule a 30-minute call with us.
- We will go over all the basics of our wedding videography services.
- You'll get answers to any questions you may have for us.
This step allows us to make sure that we're on the same page and gives us a solid foundation to tailor your wedding video to your liking.
Making it Official
After our meeting, you will automatically receive a proposal document and a contract via a client portal we create for you. Having these documents ensures easy access to secure your wedding date with us. When you're ready to move forward with R&B Productions, simply go to your client portal, fill out the proposal, and sign the contract whenever you'd like!
About two weeks before the big day, we will schedule one more meeting with you to hash over the final details and make sure our plan for your wedding video is just the way you want.
In this stage:
- Confirm your booking with us by completing the proposal and contract.
- We will schedule a meeting with you approximately two weeks before your wedding to go over final details.
- Make any final adjustments to the plan.
Confirming everything a couple of weeks out allows us to step back and let you prepare for your wedding. Don’t worry—we’ll make sure everything goes according to plan.
Capturing the Magic: Wedding Day and Filming Process
The day is here! We will arrive at your wedding on time to make sure we capture everything you asked for. There will be two wedding videographers on-site to make sure we don’t miss a thing—from getting ready to the fun on the dance floor!
In this stage:
- We will be on-site for up to 8 hours with our "Essential Moments" package, or up to 12 hours with our "Classic Celebration" and "Luxurious Legacy" packages.
- We capture each moment discreetly to preserve the natural flow of your wedding day.
- With two wedding videographers, we film multiple angles to make sure that we capture all the key moments, creating a cinematic wedding film you’ll love.
The Editing Process: Crafting Your Wedding Film
Congratulations on your marriage! After your wedding day, we will begin the editing process for your wedding video. This editing takes between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the package you chose with us. We carefully sift through every piece of footage gathered on your wedding day, selecting the best moments to craft them into a beautiful cinematic wedding film that tells the story of your special day. When the film is ready, we will send you a draft. You’ll have up to three revision requests to make sure everything is perfect.
In this stage:
- We craft your wedding video over a 4-8 week editing process.
- We send you a draft of your wedding video. If you’re happy with it, we finalize the film. If you'd like to make changes, you’ll have up to three revision requests so we can make sure you love it.
